The 2020 Cuvรฉe S shares the style with the rest of the winesโconcentrated, powerful. a bit lactic and very spicy and smoky. Its lush and full-bodied,
with 14.6% alcohol, keeping the freshness and balance. It’s a popular profile of Ribera del Duero: serious wines that are ripe and generously oaked.
This matured in French Allier barrels, one-third af them new, for 26 months. It needs a little more time in bottle. 3,475 bottles and 363 maanums were filled in June 2023.
